The Q 695 energy-efficient modular home consists of two floors. The first floor features a spacious living room, two bedrooms, and a study, while the second floor includes another living room and two additional bedrooms. Constructed from laminated wood and iso cell cellulose made from natural fibers, the house provides excellent insulation, protects against pests, and allows the house to breathe. The Q 695 has a flat roof covered with Sika foil and other complementary elements. We also offer the installation of Dimplex heat pumps and photovoltaic systems to ensure the roof is sustainable and energy-efficient.
