Designers
Architects are responsible for the complete architectural solution, visualizing the investor's idea, and all necessary designers to bring the project to completion and facilitate the issuance of building permits. They work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create investor-tailored concepts, and oversee the entire implementation process.
Construction Team
These team members physically build the structures according to architectural plans and specifications. This includes site managers, skilled tradespeople (such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) who work together to ensure that construction proceeds safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
