Every story begins with a first step, and ours is no different. They say, “Small steps lead to big results.” Why is this true, and why is it the only right way? We’ll reveal this to you through this text, introducing you to us.
Partas low-energy prefabricated homes did not come about from a desire to amass wealth but from a passion for sharing knowledge, comfort, and quality of life—things we ourselves struggled to achieve. When we say “struggled,” we mean we lost a lot of nerves, a few kilos, and gained quite a few grey hairs in our quest for quality construction methods and even better materials on the market.
During the construction of our own family home, we encountered numerous shortcomings with contractors in our and neighboring markets, and we were disappointed with the range of materials available for building low-energy prefabricated houses.
When you build your own home, you want it to be exactly as you imagined—a quality low-energy prefabricated home that serves you and your family well, not one you’ll have to serve due to its many flaws and shortcomings.
Having already established Solar Lektus, a company specializing in energy efficiency projects and renewable energy sources, we set out to find the best construction systems and materials. Bit by bit, taking the best that was available on the market—from laminated wood to cellulose insulation for your walls—we developed Partas, a company that will offer and build a roof tailored to your needs. Just like the one we built for ourselves, realizing that this is something we should offer to others as well.
Let’s go back to the beginning of this story—small steps lead to big results. First, we built our own house using the same materials we offer you today, and only then did we bring our product, in the form of Partas low-energy prefabricated homes, to the market. Patience and love—these are the two things that have guided us from the beginning of our Partas adventure.
